I wish that these products from China had instructions that didn't have the worst instruction booklets but they do. The funniest thing about this product is the box. Look at the box and have a good laugh. The actual product itself is the reason I am giving 5 stars. You get tons of cups and the vacuum system is very easy to use. I love it!Works exactly as described. Use them for rehab scaring.I have had extensive surgeries on my leg. Which is resulted in a tremendous amount of Scar tissue. My physical therapist started using this on me. It worked so well in breaking up the scar tissue I bought one to use at home.I suffer from sciatica and love using this! I work at a desk all day and this is so relaxing and relieving to use at the end of the day. Wish it had a better carrying case but that’s my only complaint.It works okay, but the cups tend to pop off, even with laying still and good suction. The little pins in the valves if the cups get occasionally stuck and have to be manually pulled for the pump to produce suction.The booklet is pretty much all in Chinese, so not really useful at all.Can’t speak for the magnetic therapy or the actual relief as it needs to be used more consistently and other variables may effect the ease of pain.I am fairly flexible and yet it’s very hard to do both sides of upper back on yourself, even with the pump hose/extension. One side at a time, maybe, but as soon as you try to do the other, the muscles will move and the cups will likely to pop off.Also, their copywriting is some of the worst gibberish I have seen in a while. Google translate must have said: “F… it! It’s good enough” You’d think hiring a copywriter/editor from India would solve it but I guess they don’t care about design or packaging.I have had chronic neck pain and headaches for a long and have tried so many modalities for relief. I have found that occipital nerve blocks have been most helpful, but I cannot always get into my doctor in a timely manner. I purchased these cups after a recent ER visit for an intractable headache. The nurse who took care of me had a similar issue suggested cupping (literally probably one of the only things I have not tried!). These cups are amazing and the value is on point. I am definitely finding relief while I’m awaiting an appt for nerve blocks. I will say the set feels “cheap” but everything works perfectly and the suction is strong. I love how lightweight the set is…I actually have been throwing the the suction gun with a cup into my work back in case I need it during the day and it’s been great. Someone else mentioned that the one thing they’d change is a reusable carrying case and I think I’d agree that’s the one con (other than I cannot reach every spot on want to cup, but most I can). For $25 this is definitely a steal and has provided me with a ton of relief.** unfortunately you get what you pay for. The pump handle broke shortly after i purchased this and customer service was non-existent. I was really just hoping to replace the pump but it doesn’t seem like that is an option. Because I found the first set so helpful, I just decided to buy another even though it seemed pretty wasteful to now own ~50 cups, but when you’re in pain, you do what you gotta do. I’ve owned the second set about a week now and the new pump has now broken in a completely different way. I am not using excessive force or anything like that. I can actually use pieces from each set to make a 3rd pump, but that will only last so long I’m sure. I’ll be researching and spending my money on something more carefully crafted. Luckily I am still within the return window for the second set. The stars are for the pain relief only, other than that I’m pretty disappointed.Easy to use and cleanThe product was working well until the suction gun broke. I’m not sure why or, how. It seemed like it just snapped :/. I feel like it’s too soon for it to be breaking. But, Besides that, no issuesI am very happy with the quality of these cups. No complaints at all :-)
