These suction cups are literally perfect! From design to quality. They are easy to use and the suction is great! I only recently started looking into using cupping as a facial treatment, skeptical at first, but knowing I’m not throwing hundreds of dollars down the drain, I invested in these and I am over the moon happy with them. This set includes every size you need for doing facial cupping. I mainly use the smaller 3 sizes, but will find use for the biggest size. There are no instructions with this set, but DO NOT let that stop you from purchasing. The internet is a wonderful tool that has everything you need to learn to do this at home. Like I said, I was skeptical about how this could work and I can’t believe I’m writing this as I’ve tried and failed hundreds, maybe thousand of dollars on at-home beauty devices, but after a couple of uses I can see the difference. Here are some of the tips I’ve gathered off the internet that may be helpful.Always start with a clean face. After you have dried your face, put an oil on your face so that the suction cups will glide easily across your skin. I like Coconut oil. Use the smallest section cups for around you eyes. Press and release not leaving the suction come in one spot too long, maybe 5 seconds or less. Start at the inner part of your eye and do that 4 times towards the outer corner of your eye. For me, it drastically drained the puffiness. As with all pulling, gliding or any treatment you do on your face, do so by gliding up. Example, start on your cheek by your nose and lift/glide to your ear. Make sure you do this quickly as leaving the suction in one spot too long can cause bruising. I’ve found that doing this after I wash my face before bed is the best time for me. I currently do it twice a week.Like I said, the inter webs have all the info you need to do this is home, the tricky part is finding the tools and I feel like I won the jackpot on these!!!
